Strains can occur on any of the hip’s muscles and range from mile over stretched to a torn muscle. Tennis players sometime suffer from over used injuries like half string strains, which often occur when they move from stillness to activity very quickly. Boozing on the backs of the thighs or difficulty walking can result. Hip flex restrains another form of over used injury often occurs in martial artists or cyclists. Hip flex restrain usually result in pain near the crease where the thigh moves use the hips.
