Hi, I am Steve Turano and welcome to Body Performance. When I started this way of Austin Fitness website, my main concern was to help teach people how effective and realistic way of us occurred. I want to separate fact from fiction so people had a clear understanding what they had to do to loose weight and how it was going to occur.
Today, I like to talk to you about fat burners. They do not work. Here is why, when you eat food which is fuel for your body, you consume it. Any of the calories that you did not burn during the day, you will restore extra fat on your body. Fat, is again, just another form of fuel. Think about this now, when you walk a mile, you burn about a hundred calories.
To burn one pound of fat, which is 3,500 calories, you will have to walk about 35 miles. And you honestly think in taking that one pill is going to consume the calorie equivalent of walking 35 miles. It is not, it just does not happen. Once that fat was on your belly or on your hips, it is going to be utilized, it is going to be burned, and it is going to be consumed by your body that is what you have to remember.
So, effective weight loss comes from watching what we eat, doing a little bit of cardio, doing a little weight training. Washing the car back to your house, consuming these calories, they got it burned and utilize by the body to get with them. Love your body.
