Male: LSD experienced its hay day in the late 1960s, but even today, 9.7 million Americans have tried it.
Female: Lysergic acid diethylamide also known as LSD and acid is a manmade drug which acts as hallucinogen. LSD typically comes as blotter paper or liquid meant to be taken orally. An acid trip usually starts an hour or more after ingestion and can last up to 12 hours. Every LSD experience is unique, but you will likely notice a dramatic effect on your senses. For example, you may feel that you hear colors or see sounds. You will also experience hallucinations.
On occasion, people who take LSD have a bad trip, during which they experience nightmares, feelings of anxiety and despair. Another potential drawback is that a few days or even a few years after you use acid, you may experience flashbacks which are recurrences of your drug experience.
The drug has also been linked to periods of insanity in past users. Please remember that it is illegal to do acid in the United States.
