I have a wistera that lives on the house. For several years it didnt flower. Two year ago after pruning has advised the shrub flowered. Last year no pruning was done due to the fact of it being very cold minus 14 degrees. At this moment in time I have a very wippie wistera which is getting out of hand and wondering what to do.
