Male: So this is where the action happens? Something unique in Sri Lanka is this dish known as Kothu Roti which literally means chopped roti and it’s very popular among late night party goers so we’ll just order a cup to it and do it.
Male: Do, please.
Male: Behold, this simple, delicious and gut busting dish. Diced veggies, raw beaten egg, chopped wheat roti bread and a heavy dollop of curry sauce all cooked together on a griddle, all being nicely pulverized with the pan scrape.

Male: Order some roti on the floor.
Male: Cameraman, Todd Ladler, maybe you know him from such previous international embarrassments as the Indonesian pedant scene.
Male: What happen?
Male: A little accident.
Male: Our cameraman just wiped out the entire supply of food for this entire restaurant. Oh my God!
Male: Oh, yes its coming back like a bad dream. History repeating itself as Todd in one fell smooth wipes out the restaurant’s evening supply of roti.
Male: Look at them, were these pretending that it happen.
Male: Todd, you’re legendary for this. Once again, literally backing into fame or infamy but I’ll get ready right now, that’s fine. Thank you.
