Apple Wireless Keyboard - Tech Review
Hey you YouTubers, I thought since I posted the wireless keyboard un-boxing out with posted review within a few days. There it goes with Twitter. I'll have the wireless my mouse review for you guys soon. I'm just editing a movie right now and I thought I might do a review.
So, here's the review. This is what the product looks like. The function keys on the top they have pretty program function you can re-mount the keyboard if you like. This is a little bit more complex than using the keys with FN. FN for and pressing the function key.
Also, it’s pretty thin. That’s what got my attention in the first place. It’s really, really thin. It just looks great on my whole desk as a whole as you can see my 24-inch monitor right there it’s on left of my arm. And I find it’s pretty small compact keyboard.
Now, one thing that some people who use the number pad will find disappointing is the number pad. The number pad will take about double space and it’s not present. So what you're going to do? You can use the number keys on top but some people might find that inconvenient for typing in most numbers.
If you want a number pad, I suggest you stick with the wired version or you can just get and used and have like this. Just get and USB and have like that and you can just plug it in. if your Mac has not design a ports for all of you guys keep referrals, just get a USB hub.
Also, the wired version has two USB ports on either side while the wireless version does not. The reason? That will apply the use of wireless USB which normally is in laptop support. I'm not sure if any laptop support. I might be wrong but that’s just my, I think that’s my knowledge. That’s all I know.
Its pretty simple but we place batteries just take a coin and you flip, you just flip it this way and there's a little this really heavy chunk of that will pop out and you just slip in at your batteries. There's a little batter guide right there I know you can't see it there's a little battery guide right there, right there it tells you which if the positive goes in the positive what's up. The positive goes in so the head with the little knob goes inward and there are three of them.
Also power button is when use when you’re on vacation or long period of time away from your using keyboard and it’s really handy if you're going in to vacation. So I suggest you use that one available. Also, one part that looks a little like the iPod, reminds me of the iPod is just a little grayish plastic. It does remind me of the iPod and the black, the black part of the radio frequencies going in and out, that is for Bluetooth.
So, overall, this keyboard really nice to type on. The white does not get stained that often I just have either have a clean hands or it just clean keyboard. Also there's delay tactic you should know about. If you press the key really, really quickly for like this caps lock and these types of keys, they will not display correctly. In other words they will not function the way they were supposed to because of this delay.
If I press that caps too really, really quick I won't be able to activate it. If I press it a little bit slower I will be able to activate it. That just so that people are typing people and people type really fast, they don’t make a mistake, although I'm not sure about any other keys just the caps lock that’s the only one that people have their reporting about.
This keyboard is about the same size of Mac book keyboard. It’s just; I think that’s like Mac book keyboard. So, if you guys don’t like the form that Mac keyboard I suggest you go with the Apple wireless or another wired version or another keyboard all together.
This video’s getting a little bit long but before I go, I just want to say that this keyboard it’s different from the Mac book keyboard which I have. It’s really smooth the keys but the Mac, the wireless keyboard it has the friction surface. It has this little bumpy texture surface so you're fingers won’t slip and slide as often as with the Mac book keyboard which I own, so that’s a pretty good review.
One feature that you might find useful is the eject button and eject CD’s. Not any mounted-hard drives or mounted like installation like TMG’s. This keyboard I think it has pretty long life. The battery lasts long time. I have no problem with the battery. It’s not as scratchable. It’s really sturdy and solid quality built. I would recommend this keyboard to anyone. Probably to mouse which I don’t know why I mention in this video. You give me a little bit patience with this thing. It does get dirty a quite often but once you clean it, it works great good as new.
Stainless steel keyboard I mean aluminum keyboard I just really like it the form, fact that it’s really small and I am able to work away from my desk like I can just distance my eyes from it. So yeah, in short this is pretty much the Macbook keyboard in aluminum shell with a frictioned texture surface and yeah.
So thanks a lot for watching this view, I hope you like it. So leave a comment and subscribe. I have the wireless mouse review for you guys soon and yeah, thanks for watching.
