If you are trying to lose weight, you are probably been told that you need to cut your calories, and you are maybe focusing solely on the number of calories that you are using. But I have news for you. Every calorie is not created equally. Do you think that eating a thousand calories of cookies is the same is eating about calories of fish? It seems pretty obvious that your food choices in where you give your calories from will affect you by it definitely.

So, again, every calorie is not created equally. When you think about and main point I want to give across to you that it really is quality and not just quantity. So, hopefully about little pick intro about one of the biggest nutrition that can help you dispose, make some weight loss progress but again remember every calorie is not created equally, it is all about quality not just quantity.
