Are Diet Pills Safe?

Kristina: I'm Kristina from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, and I would like to know whether the diet pills can ever be a healthy option for loosing weight? Vicki March: Kristina, diet pills are not the cure to overweight, but there are certain medications which are prescription medications and now one that is available over the counter which can be used as tools along with life style to help a person loose weight, some times the habits, the habit changes that are necessary for weight loss are so difficult, for a person that another tool is necessary. A medication that can help a person with those habits, can often be useful but only as a tool.
