Male1: From your experience, taking care of people who have had problems with their weight and they watch your TV show at 3:00 in the morning and the guy in it says, “These pills, from who they, Blah, blah, blah!” From your experience, do they really work?
Female1: I tell people that anything in the world can help you loose weight but it is a false promise.
Male1: I know if you believe something is going to wreck. But, honestly, we do not hear success stories of that 3:00 morning. So, probably if the magic pill, you can loose 20 pounds in one month it does not really good.
Female1: Okay, my question to that person would be first of all, we do not have a bad word to say to anybody who want to have a weight loss, for them any program works. It can go the back of store magazines – is the point including your work –
Male1: We are not saying that 3:00 in the morning –
Female1: Does it work? Maybe it does. So by October 1 you go loose your 20 pounds. What do you do beginning October 2? And, you learned anything at all about eating –
Male1 So, in other words, even if you took the best diet pill in the world, you have to stop it someday. You are still back on the original point, bad habits lead to more bad great life.
Female1 And not only that when start gaining your weight again, you will gain it back in half the time.
