And there is your special shot, I have been with Atwater for about three months. I like it, it is very homie for me but I like the fact that it is a little community and not just everyone doing there own thing, everything knows each other. I know everyone that owns his shots than the block it is what they thought it is just like comforting. Actually a lot of people put there stuff out but Oprah, Black Maria Galleries, trying some good art going over there.
Hello and welcome to Black Maria Gallery, we have been in Atwater Village for 6 months and this is our 6th show it is called Black Market at Black Maria Skip the mold.

Got my attention because it was one of those up on coming areas but it has still a way to go couple of years to go. It is just a cool area. That is an ugly doll. That these are very big this year, it is a new tickle me Elmo. The largest comic store on the west coast, one of the nurse lives in Atwater and saw space become available on the corner. I thought it would make a great second melt down, which we call mini melt. Anything comic book related, movie related, Sci-fi related, anything that we think is cool. That is what we carry it melt down.
Been Atwater to real family communities so we do cater more to the families, after we opened then there are some other little stores that opened. There were some staple out here like Darla’s Dog wash so it was an ideal location for us.

This is Darla’s Dog Wash, my name is Tatiana and this is Darla and look at the expression of the face. And that was made, they cling on names of my dogs and when people call they say hi Tatiana I am whatever Mike and I say Yes, can I bring my dog? I say what is the name of your dog? It is like Boomer, okay sure I know Boomer. Jack the guy, he has two dogs, one of my neighbors this next door, café LA bakery they are so good.
We are LA bread, Steven boulevard in Atwater. Started by Armonade back in Hungarian, she was an accountant, got carried of pushing numbers and decided she is going to follow her heart and her love to make bread. Atwater is one of the little LA on clave it is now on coming up, it is an arty, real good between Rox Venus and Glenda boulevard have new antiques stores that had opened up. Coffee shops opened up, you can shop for your house, you can eat, you can also get buried. There is a wonderful coffin shop on Glenda boulevard and every time I guy buy it I knew shutter.
It is just like comforting it is like family, we love it here, it is great.
