Male Speaker: To the new -- a lot children have Autism. And a lot of people on TV are talking about putting kids on some type of diet, no -- gluten free diet, one; does that make sense?
Male Speaker: It hasn’t been any proved. Recently the Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition Committee did a review of all studies and they didn’t find any link, any particular nutrient to causing including glute.
Male Speaker: The rationale I got from someone who is not involved with Autism -- he had a pretty good rationale for, if a kid is under constant just comfort whatever the reason and you make the kid more comfortable the kid would improve and what are the therapy because you can’t focus you with the constant -- stomach ache. But we don’t think we should put someone in diet unless you make it diagnosis first. Is that correct?
Male Speaker: Yes.
Male Speaker: Because if you put the kid in the diet, those tests can’t be done whether you -- is that so?
Male Speaker: Right. If you put a child on a gluten free diet and then you do let’s say work for Celiac disease, the antibody tests are going to come back to normal.
Male Speaker: So, if we are going to put a kid in a very rigid diet, it’s reasonable, if you are going to go to that out fit with compliance, which make sure it’s the right thing to do. Is that correct? Does that make a lot of sense?
