How to Not Take Responsibility for Someone Else’s Action Hi! This is Francisco Bujan from vitalcoaching.com. We are talking about the waking up your poser. This is about success and happiness and the topic for this video is, do not take responsibility for someone else’s action. Some of those tips are with counter intuitive. You might think, why not, I love taking responsibility for somebody else’s action and I had no choice if it is my children, if it is my husband, or my partner. You know all these situations sometimes you have to feel it to be responsible for what goes on around you. What I am saying is that probably 80% to 90% of the times when you started worrying about something that another person might do. It might be at work, it might be exactly maybe your partners sometimes. There might be choicest that somebody in your family mix, a brother, a sister, an uncle, a grandmother, all these areas which are a little bit out of your control zone. It is not really your job to have control over that. When you start trying to influence direct to control what goes on beyond that, which is really your territory and then you can put lots of stress on your being, on your person, on your life in general. So my advice is very simple. Drop it, it is very simple. When you start to worry about what somebody else is doing. It might be a colleague at work so who takes the sessions through out, who talks with his or her boss in ways that you do not agree with differences. Well, what can we do? Will you go and try to educate that girl so when you worry about it, is the person going to listen, is there any chance that you are actually going to listen to your avid? Did they give you the right to gather them what to do in the first place, most of the times no, right? So what is your choice? You can invest time and anything to try to change that person’s behavior or you can step back and focus on what is yours and what belongs to you. Now what do you think would work best? Think about it, really, there maybe a couple of examples in your life and think about areas in your life, in your existence right now where you are investing energy where it is not needed or where it is not giving you response, or it is not actually creating the results that you expect. Is there any place in your life right now that you worry about? You invest into somebody as his life. You tried to educate them, change their behavior and it is not working. It just is draining you, it creates such of worries or it creates level of frustration maybe because you realize that you are not having a positive impact in that person’s life. So what can you do really? At least, drop it, it is very simple. Well you if feel that this person is not open for listening to your advice or your educating them in any way then just sit back and said, well, it is out of my territory, your choices are your choices, you have the right to decide for yourself. Your own actions belong to you. You cannot repeat that to yourself, so that you get into a different mind set and you let go of trying to control another person’s life.
