Speaker: How can I avoid gaining weight in college? Gwendolyn Francavillo: Really it's important to make sure that you're eating throughout a day, having breakfast is one of the most important things to do, and making sure that you are having most of your calories beginning of your days. So making sure that you are having breakfast and lunch as well as dinner, but also healthy snacks in between. So that healthy snacks could be things like nuts or tarmacs instead checks or something form the vending machine and you want to make sure that you're not having that late night pizza in the dorm, so have those healthy snacks available in the evening, may be keeping track with the food log would be good so that you are able to see by you are eating throughout the day and things that you might want to cut out for the future.
