BMX - How to Fork lot

Hi and this is my first trick in video in which I will be showing you how to do this standard four o’clock. I am not going to show you how to ride it out or anything like that but just have to do the trick and then from there you can do lots of other stuff so let us go.

Okay first, I want to start swing your leg and back okay put the other one on the right board and then put your foot on the other opposite one front of it. Then as you are ridding, take off to sit back foot at the same time as turning your wheel, it will get you real spin side ways it will make you start going on the front of the bike. Put your right there and then bring it back down when you are done and then let us put it down and then from there are a lot of things we can do like you can do like you can do fire hydrant, to decade or all those other stuffs. So there is always a place down if you are doing front of that all day. Here are some common mistakes that people kind the make.

A lot of people, when they come around, put your back foot back and then get in the position. When they swing around, they do it real too hard which makes me still press(ph) already, so as the bike up which is just not from the deal, that is all.
