So, this is going to be really intensive workout today. It is going to be a whole body workout and starting with cardio.

Okay now, one juice, I am going to be link weights for my legs and five kilo dumbbells for each hand and 15 reps for each like.

Taking just very short break between each exercises, (drinking water) and I am going to go to work my back and I am going to do 50 reps.

Add an 85 kilos and now it is really heavy for me so I have to switch to lighter weight, and I will also switch my legs.

Now another 2-3 max of cardio.
