Female: What to wear for pole dancing or pole exercise is a very common question for all beginners and it is a very good question because the clothes plays a very important role.

You have to remember that your arms, your stomach, and your legs need to be in full contact with your pole so that you can easily hold only to it and perform your tricks. For example for this move that I am going to show you, you really need your body or skin to touch the pole so you would not slip.

You have to remember that you should not put any kind of lotion on your body, otherwise, you are going to slip down and that can be really dangerous. So remember, the less the better and no lotion on your body.

I am wearing these high heels because these high heels kind of put me in the mood. I feel more sexy, more self confident but if you do not feel comfortable with high heels, it is just perfectly fine to exercise barefoot. So now you know what to wear.
