The first technique is a sawing movement on the sacrum. This movement creates a lot of heat and it is very energizing.

The next technique is Circular Friction,

You can do both sides of the hip working from one side or if you preferred, you can also switch sides.

I usually start with the small circles and lighter pressure,

And, I gradually work myself into the different layers of musculature.

Usually start the movement somewhere around the seating bone or like, a little bit higher at the lower sacroiliac joint,

Then, work along the sacrum,

Up to the hip bone and then,

Work along the bottom side of the edge of the hip hone towards the front.

Like I said before, I start usually with smaller circles,

But if you prefer it, you can start with the bigger circles straight away.

I usually use the smaller circles because I get a feel for what is going on in the musculature.

The next technique is a Effleurage using the thumbs,

Next technique is a cross fiber friction on the sacrum,

The sacrum is a very boney area so, a lot of people are quite sensitive in that area so you need to apply for a sharp cording to what the person can handle.

I usually like to use some Effleurage on the sacrum,
