Back Pain and your Abdominals

One of the main reasons that the lower abdominal muscles remain weak and hints slow back pain remains is that the new supply for muscle has been reduced. To stimulate the new supply to the muscle you need to rub the reflex on the inside of the thigh and also on the lower back for about 20 seconds.
