Balance Exercises on the Bosu Ball

Hey, this is Danny Irie Walton Telemark Athlete with your mountain niceness tip of the day.
Here we are at the gym and we got our bosu balls and we’re going to do some nice straight building balance exercises.
At first you might just have to work on your balance. It might feel a little awkward but just gradually you’ll come back into form and this is a great exercise to help us with our balance on the slopes.
We got our hands out nice and forward just like we’re skiing, ripping down the slope nice and quite upper body, hands out front, shoulders going down the fault line.
Okay we’re coming to a stiffer run with mobiles. Oh, there’s a zipper line so we’re going to keep moving our feet quicker. Bump runs over, back to the deep power. These are great workout it could be with you around. You can't get up slopes everyday, a great way to stimulate ripping top to bottom. No stopping.
