thnks for meal plan I get so sick of eating egg whites in the am! the peanut buttr and banana sandwich will be a nice change.

Hi my name is ,and I've been working out for the last year having lost 57lbs. I am having trouble losing the last 30lbs. My eating habits are good,I eat lots of baked skinless chicken, fish, ground turkey breast and lots of steamed or baked vegetables. And most days I am able to eat 6 small meals daily. I try to drink at least6 botttles of water a day. what do you suggest I do to lose this last 30lbs?

How can you eat all that with no protein and have all that muscle? Doesn't make sense.

hi so you thing small meal work better ... and eat through the day rather than 3 big meals i have never been won to drink water ,,,, pop juice ... yes what has been a big part of my is sugar .... thanks for the clip i will give it a try see if it works ps i won:t give up on coffee either haha

If that works for her, then fine. But I eat more veggies and usually 3 to 4 ounces of protien every meal. And I try not to eat pasta or bread.

This is the type of food I could eat easily everyday...I tend to eat like this throughout the day too. People say I don't eat enough. Usually they are overweight americans who are used to eating one gigantic fried meal a day. (And yes I am American). No body in the USA knows anything about portion control anymore...they eat way more calories than they even realize they are eating and they think they need more food than they really do. This combined with being sedentary is why the majority of them are overweight. I only say this because people were saying you don't eat enough, ect. Its obviouse you are healthy, have plenty of muscle..and you have a realistic diet that is affordable for most people.
