Balancing the budget with Quicken Online - #10 - Quicken Mobile on iPhone
Hi, this is Mike Callahan, Doctor File Finder and welcome back to our special Butterscotch.com 10 part series on Quicken Online. In this final segment of our 10-part series we’re going to look briefly at Mobile Quicken. It’s available for the iPhone. You can download it from the App Store for free. So here on my iPhone we’re going to tap on the Quicken icon, it’s going to open up and I’m going to type in my username and password.
Now my username and password in place, just tap go and see that we’re signing in and it’s bringing it up, showing that I mean negative numbers. I have a high risk of a low balance and a high risk of overdraft. So that’s my Outlook. You can see down there along at the bottom. We tap activity and it shows all accounts then it shows each account separately, business.
Mike we can top goals and this is a beautiful feature because if you’re out of budget, if you’re out shopping with your spouse, you want to find out how you’re doing on your budget, you can look down here and see why are you still got a hundred dollars to that entertainment budget available. You can go to the movie. You’re going to look at last month and this month. You can add, paste. You can also tap on more. You can find ATM’s based on zip code or by using your current location and you can also go into settings, have it remember your password, require a pass code to make it even more secure and then you could also sign out.
So this is a great way to quickly access your Quicken account to get the latest on your transactions and other information. Keep track of your goals and your budget. This concludes this ten-part series. I hope you enjoyed it. I’m Doc Callahan and as I’d like to say that’s all there is to it.
