BarackTail - Election Special 1

Alright, so let’s get this thing started with the drink I call it the baracktail. Nice tall glass, got to fill it with ice and the first thing in is an ounce of blue curacao and a juice of one fresh orange. Now you can see as I’m adding this ingredients, there is a reason why im putting this in this order is that it’s going to layer in the drink and it looks really cool. After the orange about an ounce of soda water that would lighten things up give it some sparkle and then top the thing of with makers mark bourbon. Now what it needs is a garnish and I’m thinking to myself great drink but it doesn’t really look like any other drink I’ve seen before. People may feel a little afraid but lets give it a try so for the garnish I have to put something with a lot of experience, something they’ve seen a million times, so I decided, trusty lemon lime wheel will complete this ticket nicely. And that is our baracktail, now you still maybe thinking to yourself, Anthony, why do you think I should trust to like this drink. Folks, the most American of all things, it looks great on TV!
