i luv this video . i m a dancer myself and i wanted to learn contemporary too . these videos r very helpful . hope u put more videos so that i can get a level up in contemporary . and plz give tips to increase flexibility of body to perform flips too .

you can try out leg stretches , touching your toes with your fingers without bending your knee or you can practice summer saults.
