Head aches and neck pain. 2. Difficulty remembering or concentrating. 3. Issues with thinking, speaking, acting or reading. 4. Fatigue. 5. Lack of energy 6. Decrease motivation. 7. Changes in sleep patterns. 8. Dizziness or lightheadedness. 9. Nausea and vomiting. 10. Blurred vision 11. Increase sensitivity to noise. 12. Light or destructions. 13. Loss of the senses, such as smell or taste. Survivors have traumatic brain injury frequently have lots of questions regarding the long term outcome of their injury according to the Center for Disease Control about 5.3% of Americans, that is 2% of US population, need help performing every daily activities as the result of the traumatic brain injury. Traumatic brain injury can also cause as use as effect, thinking, emotions, and sensational language and in some cases traumatic brain injury can cause epilepsy which increases the risk for age related brain disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.
