We received a lot of questions about legs. How will I get my legs bigger Steve? How will I get my legs toner? How I will loose fat? And so on so forth?
Well let me tell you something, the same exercises that will go to get a guy’s legs big and strong or to get a female’s legs, tone and firm. I have my plans, whether they are man or woman, do the same exercises pretty much that I do.
Because they are simple to do, you can handle a lot of weight and I can spot them and help them when they need it.
I do a 45 degree leg press, a hack squat or squat within the smith machine. Then I do like leg curls and seated like curls. These are basic simple exercises that will allow you to use a significant amount of weight, and allow you to safely and effectively and intensely trained.
I am not a big proponer or standing on balls or bouncing on one leg trying to do an exercise. It makes it too difficult. By the time you get can get to stretch the muscle, you loose your balance and fall off the ball that makes it very ineffective and extremely dangerous.
There is another exercise for two that I might have plans to do if they are in shape, if they are not too heavy, if they are young enough and so on so forth. That would be a Lunch and a stiff like a devil lift.
Lunches are your great exercise, they will make you really soar but you got to be careful. Especially if you are a little older, you have bad knees, you are out of shape or you are extremely overweight. Because your lunching forward, catching yourself on one knee, and then pushing yourself back. So, it can be a very difficult exercise.
Again, if you are not in shape, if you are older, if you get bad knees or if you are heavy, same thing was stiff like devil lift.
Great exercise, for most people do it incorrectly. They do not bend their knees and they drop the bark too low, pass their knees. This is a great exercise for hamstrings when you are in but you got to be careful.
If you got a bad back, or if you are not in good shape, or if you older or if you are extremely overweight, but we are thinking in terms of legs, or any of the body part,
Think about basic exercises. The lighter the use heavy weight, so you are going to be trained intensely and safely. So Sunny can help you. That is the key, you can a bigger, stronger and toner muscles.
