I find that his choice in some of his exercises are some of the dumbest exercises I have heard. Specifically leg curls and smith machine squats. Not only are these exercises limiting someone's neurological adaptation. Can anyone honestly tell me how these exercises apply to the real world. As for the squat, deadlift, and lunges I do see these as very beneficial exercises. However, he misunderstands the use of the deadlift and lunge being limited to a certain population. Coach Greg Glassman, the founding father of Crossfit has a 70 year old man doing Olympic snatches. Please do not listen to this man, go find a crossfit gym or go visit a REAL fitness trainer.
