Paul Katami: Well, if someone wants to actually buy a kettle bell video, you can do that. You can search online. You can find them and you can have them in home if you like to learn that way. If not, if you do not have a kettle bell and you are just trying to gets some of the movements and you can use any kind of weight that start you in the process of learning those moves and then eventually you will pick up kettle bell.
Serena Jane: Okay, you basically you can use a dumbbell or something.
Paul Katami: A dumbbell, yes. Any kind of weight that you could hang on and hand will work with the movements, but the kettle bells going to be the most efficient and productive with those movements.
