Today, we’re going to give you a look at the ultra rare versions of the Beats by Dr. Dre Headphones. Stay tuned.
Hey guys! Welcome to Bleeding Edge TV, I’m Andru Edwards and today what we’re going to do is give you a look at all the limited edition of Beats by Dr. Dre Headphones. And in fact some of the–a couple of these, you're not even going to be able to get your hands on but we thought it’d be cool to just show you what’s out there. So in the past we showed you the originals, the Black Beats by Dr. Dre, Glossy Grey, the ones that we have, the ones that we love. Earlier this week they announced the white version which you can get your hands on, you’ve got the white, navy blue and gold, right on there. And this actually costs $699 at the Ron Herman Boutique in L.A. The only place you can get them. They have about 25 of these that they’ve made. They're not going to make anymore. So if you want to get your hands on these, 700 bucks. Nothing is different about this except for the color but if you're into fashion and your one of those kinds of people, we know you're out there. You'll be picking this up.
Now, something more interesting, these are the Red #23 Beats Dr. Dre Headphones and these were presented to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Each member of that basketball team got one of these. So as you can see, these are the red with golden navy on the sides there, it also has some gold on the earpiece with the number 23. Again, same functionality as the original Beats headphones but just a very customized look, custom color specifically for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Now, for something even more rare. These pink ones or pinkish, they’ve only made three of these so I have one of the three right here. These were made for Charles Hamilton, the rapper and so if you take a look at these, basically with a pinkish color, I don’t know if you really call this pink or whatever you want to call it. So you have that coat, you have silver on there. If you look at the sides, it also got a band of silver and that its all black as opposed to say, the originals, which are red, silver and black or the white ones which also have grey, gold and blue or the Cleveland Cavalier’s LeBron James version which is also gold, navy blue and red. So, these specifically are just more of a black, single line of silver and there are some silver on the side there. And here you can see that Charles Hamilton actually signed these for the master key people who actually makes these headphones, the Beats by Dr. Dre and apparently he thanks them for making them. He gives them–he signs it and he basically says that they're fantastic. So, that’s the look.
The Beats by Dr. Dre headphones aside from being a good pair or a very good pair of -- noise canceling headphones are also becoming a fashion statement as we can see here. I’ve actually seen a couple of hip hop stars wearing these without even a cord coming out of them, just wearing them as a fashion piece.
So, you're fashion place is out there. These are the ones that you're going to want. If you get those 700 bucks a way on headphones, these are the ones to get. That’s all I’m saying. And the other two, the LeBron James version for the Cavs and the Charles Hamilton, you're not going to get your hands on either of these. These are actually handled with a lot of care.
So there you have it. Until next time, I’m Andru Edwards, stay tuned for more tech news through the eyes of gearlive.com.
