Beer Battered Shrimp Recipe
Welcome back and thank you for stopping by my cooking show. It’s Supper Time presented by Callingachef.com powered by Mies Breading. Today’s show is a very simple show your Mies Breading and Amber Buck Beer which I have here along with some tiger shrimp.
I am going to incorporate the beer and this needs the breading here which I have like right here, I have a lot here then cook in with some vegetable oil, it is a nice good shortening here, it is about 350 degrees, so I combined and incorporate it at the beer and the Meis breading in and this is a kind of the thickness which we are looking, this really stick to the shrimp like and so, come over here and just put in there, we are going to put it back.
So let here just exactly just like that, two or five real quick here here, it is very simple, so I want to use gloves so you can just go it on easy. Now, with this - bean at 350, that is all we are going to take not even a minute to get the shrimp where it needs to be. This is already golden brown like that, really nice, really nice and so. So, you just flip on one side in the right fry, just like that.

I'm going to use some buffalo sauce and then ready to go, shoot really easy like that, we are done like here like so, it actually garnish it with, spread a little bit of lemon and juice over it. If you want to think that case with me is ready with help of some of cooking show here, let’s sample, one of these real quick. It is going to be actually really hot but very good.
