Male 1: Back shoulders, and how often would you recommend this exercise?
Male 2: You can have it three sets 12 repetitions.
Male 1: And would you care to explain how far you would you be reaching for there? Just the back in the neck area?
Male 2: Low back. I want my ‘ribi’ to come out and get it to my shoulders, going back of shoulders, doing back stroke.
Male 1: And how many days in a week will you recommend this exercise?
Male 2: Everyday. It really worked on your negative side.
Male 1: What do you mean by that?
Male 2: Come back, come back.
Male 1: Alright, thank you. And how about one more exercise, upper body.
Male 2: (Demonstration) Low weight. Tightens abs, pull down, tighten them up, keep it tight.
Male 1: How old are you?
Male 2: 40.
Male 1: Is there any one more upper of the body exercise that you care to demonstrate?
Male 2: None.
