Hey my next topic is when we are supposed to do Cardio, morning, afternoon, evening. No, here we go. Here’s the skinny on losing weight by doing Cardio.
The best time to do Cardio is in the morning. Remember on my other video it’s going to tell you, you can eat five times a day. Well, your last meal should be at 7:30 in the evening, you shouldn’t eat anything after that.
Two to three hours later, if you are going to get the munches at night guess why? You are not going to eat, you can have water go to sleep. What happens is your body just doesn’t go to sleep and shutdown, all your internal organs wake up inside say hey all the stuff that he or she put me through we got to start fix and repair everything.
Now the these is you are getting the energy from the food that you late night, which you are probably not going to use much or you are going to bed hungry next energy is going to go if you stored body pack use that as energy all night long while you are sleeping.
Now, you are going to wake up in the morning. You are going to tell yourself again the roughest you go work out or you’re going to say, might be practice and going to go straight to working out. This is what, you are going to do. You’re going to wake up and just get to straight to the gym or just go down in basement or go right next to bed like to dust off all the Cardio probably that’s accumulated and who is going to get on it. Because what happens is since there was nothing in your system and all night long you have been burning fat as soon as you turn on that treadmill and start going you are going to use fat as your energy to do the work. So, there you go do it in the morning.
