Apparently the superstar couple thinks they have come up with the best name on Earth and they don’t want anyone else to ever be able to use it! Not even three weeks into parenthood, they filed paperwork with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office seeking to trademark the name! The move may seem overzealous, but it has already proven a smart thing to do, because two different people had already tried to trademark the name for a perfume and a fashion line!
