I would suggest when you do that. try it once you memorized the words, only six words. Call, Hanishama, Tihalel, Ya, Halleluiah. Then you do it with your eyes closed singing it at least three time. And before you do so, take a cleansing breath, deep in and deep out three times, and then do call Hanishama, you will feel the stress leave your body, and it is especially great to do on a Friday night as a meditative chance.
