Bicep and Tricep Super Set Arm Workout

- In this video clip I'm demonstrating a bicep and tricep super set combo with low pulley cable curls and tricep cable push downs. This is an awesome way to pump up the arms. I like to do these exercises at the beginning of my arm workouts. I'll do 2-3 super sets with about 1-2 minutes rest in between. Lock your road, once it is locked, sit straight down the proper seat, there is a pivot point right here where you can move our joints. With my elbow, you line it that pit point, grab the weights and we will get them straight up. Straight down and force straight up. Do your best to keep those clear muscles straight by trying to those abs muscles in, feet flat 3000 per pull straight up. Repeat turn into the start position right then low.
