Step 3: Combine and simmer.
Step 4: Plate it.
One pound ground bison
One large chopped onion
Garlic
Ancho powder
Chopped hot peppers
Oregano and cumin
Tomato paste
one diced tomato
One bottle good beer
Making It:
1. Brown meat on high. Remove and sweat onion, and peppers in meat juices.
2. Return meat to pot and add cumin, chili powder, tomatoes, and beer.
3. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer. Stir in tomato paste.
4. Add oregano and garlic towards the end. Season to taste.
