It is a figure of eight loop that you tie in midline and you can give it a different name. The way that you tie is the same you should tie a figure of eight loop or double figure eight loop. Just form a loop like this and then you take the loop and you pass it over the double stand and then you pass it under or you wrap it all the way around it like that.

Then you put the loop for the second loop that you have just created like that and when you pull it tight you will form a loop and when you are done this way, you will have a nice midline loop. That is how you tie a blood bight.
