Alright this particular drink is called a Blow Job. Interesting name for a drink and you will see why in a second.
So first of all, we’re going to use a shooter type glass. This is one size, one type of particular shape and the recipe calls for kahlua or coffee flavored liquor, right? So we’re going to fill it up about half-way up of kahlua or coffee. And then, what we’re going to use is an Irish cream liquor, the most popular is the Baileys, but there are many different brands of Irish cream liquor and I am going to float a little bit on top in a way that I’m going to float it, because I’m just going to take my bar spoon. And just slowly pour like that.
Now, the kahlua is sugar base coffee liquor and it is heavier and then in a minute, what will happen, it will settle so we’ll have the dark part and the light part on top. And then what were going to do, to really make it interesting, we are going to take whip cream, like so. You top it off whip cream and this a drink that is supposed to be serve to the ladies and they’re just suppose to put their mouth on it, lift it up and drink it like that and there you have it--Blow Job, shooter type drink. Crazy name but, “Hey! What can I say.”
