Hi! Today, I’m going to make a Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing. So of course, we need to start
with some blue cheese and some heavy cream, hence, the Creamy Blue Cheese. You blend it just
enough to give it that creamy texture you’re looking for. I’ll just take a peek. There, a little
creamy, so just to finish it off, we need to add some vinegar and oil, a little bit of sugar, some
yogurt, plain yogurt of course and some sour cream. You’re going to blend it up just enough to
mix it.
All right, so that should be plenty. There we go, a little bit of creamy blue cheese dressing. Now,
I happen to like it with cabbage salad but you could try it on any type of salad you like. Enjoy!
