Bocce iPhone App Review

This review of Bocce is brought to you by AppVee.com. Bocce is an app for the iPhone and iPod touch that is a video game representation of the Italian game by the same name.

The game rules are very similar with the few alterations depending on who you played the real game with. This is a two player game so it will become boring fast if you are not playing it with a friend.

To start the game, throw the smaller ball on to the field. The object of the game is to get your ball as close to the smaller one as possible. If you cross the line in the back your ball is remove from play.

There are two approaches to play in Bocce. You can either try and get your ball as close to the smaller ball as possible or you can try and knock your opponents balls out of the way. Either method to play can result a new possibly winding up with no balls on the playing field and losing the match.

Bocce is an awesome game in real life. Unfortunately, it does not translate well on to the iPhone or iPod touch. Considering this game cost unless your grandfather really wants to test out your iPhone it is best to let this app pass.
