About 4 or 5 days away from the show we take diuretics. These are obviously natural diuretics and they just help out flush out the excess water and it’s not something that you do any time of the year. So anyway I am just going to take my last little bit and who knows if it makes a difference, but the mentality is you don’t want to go on the stage thinking that there is something you could have done to look better. If you want to go up the stage you would have done anything possible, so take in some natural herbal diuretics a week out before the show. It is part of the pre-contest strategy and I am just going to sip on some water to put those down.
