We are going to have the shimmy on the spot and my sisters are not going to join on this one. We are going to play up just me and you. We are going swiped out foot forward, toe tap and back to place. So we are going to do this a lot on this segment. I really want you to let yourself to be loss your other side. Slow movements, so swipe the foot forward, tap it and then back and pick up the paste. So let us go a little faster, so a little bounce with it. Other side and again a slow on the other side, but this time, with the shoulder, kick the shoulder into it. And now the other way, lean in to, push that shoulder, round it, bounce it.
And now, pick up the paste. We get really good that bounce into. You can step with attitude, toe tap with sass. And hand on the hip a little get that back, the goddess move. So bounce the hip up, up, up and the other side. Bounce that hip up to kick it up, up, up and now the running man. Push those feet back, shake the head if you want a couple of times and push the feet back as if you are running in place. And now, back to the goddess move.
So we are alternating with the goddess move and the running man which make so much sense. So the goddess is saying, “Hum, look at me!” And now you are pushing back, run away. The running man is running to where is the goddess is actually. And now the goddess move from moving forward and then the running man moving back, goddess move, moving forward. Take that hand to the chest, hand on the hip and really pulse and run back in the running man. Let us assassin the body, let us hip hop and hip hop that hip all the way up to the front and now run back of the running man. Shake the head out and again, hip in place running man.
We are going to go to the toe tap, a little fast with the shoulder alternating sides. Get that bounce going and now we are going to turn it all the way around. So keep tapping on one side, alternate sides in the center here. And now tap to the other side; go in a circle the other way and running man on the spot. Toe tap, alternating. Alternate and go in a circle with the hip and toe tapping out to one side. Alternate, toe tap in front and other way. Go in a circle, let the hip leads you. And toe tap in the center, get the shoulders going really lots of energy now. Laugh it yourself, have fun here. And alternate, keep alternating and shimmy on the spot, nice. You can even take the arms out.
And now we are going to get in a skiing move here. Skiing on the spot, so get the butt going down and take a little hot to one side and then back to the other side. A little faster now, hop, hop, push the butt out and now a little wiggle on each side. So hope and wiggle, hope, and wiggle. And now a swop with the foot over so you will still got that hop, but now you are swopping the foot over from one side to other side. It is like a big giant walking. And now alternate, swop that foot, toe tap forward. Alternating sides and shimmy on the spot with the arms out, good. Just keep shimming, shake it out. It is going to be going into cool down segment after this. So just shake it out, play time with the arms just do what they want. Flicking one wrist at a time, naturally with the shimmy.
