The proper bag you want to use out of this part, get as close as you can to getting hit and have some of type of retaliation after you throw in your punches. So, what you are going to use is the double hand bag. It is basic that you learn your timing between hand and target coordination, at the same time by hitting the double hand bag. It comes at you and it teaches you how to dodge the punches, shift your head from left to right and from right to left.
Now, what we have to do is also, when you shift the body to the right, for example, the left hand rises a little bit higher up to the temple level. When you shift to the left side, your right hand rises because that side is exposed to your opponent because remember, when you are in the ring with somebody else, you are not the only one punching.
