Tara: Hi, my name is Tara and I am 20 years old and live in Turlock, California. I work two jobs and I end up breaking my sleep in two to three hour increments and there is something and I need to change immediately? Eric Dyken: Tara, it would be best for you to try to sleep at night, seven to eight hours where it's more natural. But, if you have jobs that demand breaking up your sleep schedule, again try to follow Mother Nature. You have two time periods where your body is physiologically most ready and receptive for sleep. It is around one to three in the afternoon, the famous yestertime and one to three in the morning and if you can try to isolate your sleep to these periods of time, you might sleep lot better.
