Okay and we are just going to support your rest -- look how he is sticking his tongue out and he is totally ready. Want to wait till he gets open nice and right and then push him. Here you go. And did you see how you use my finger to just kind of break the section. Leticia Huskey Ortega: One thing how to do that because he hurts me. Francine Padrid: Now is this comfortable for you. Leticia Huskey Ortega: Okay little man, now that was comfortable, okay. Francine Padrid: You see the milk driven out over here. You have plenty of milk tons. Not yet we want to wait, what he just did now is he kind of sucked his way here on the breast you want to avoid that because that will make it sour and then you are really helping to get him on the breast so he gets a whole bunch of the dark part the areola and the nipple not just hanging on the nipple. Leticia Huskey Ortega: Okay. Francine Padrid: And then should feel perfectly comfortable you should not be having any pain in your nipple. Leticia Huskey Ortega: I am not having any pain in the nipple, my elbow. Francine Padrid: Okay I am going to get you another pillow. So what you are going to see is you are going to see a whole bunch of quick little motions in the beginning and then as the milk starts getting made and it's in the breast then you are going to see the suck starting to lengthen, he is going to do lots of bigger longer draws which is actually what you are now starting to see. As long as his nose is touching your breast and you don't actually need to use your thumb there to pull the breast away from his nose. Leticia Huskey Ortega: Is that he wouldn't breathe. Francine Padrid: You can hear him breathing. Now listen all that glugging. Leticia Huskey Ortega: Oh! Yeah. Francine Padrid: Do you hear how now it's flowing, it's really flowing. And every single suck is a draw of milk and then a big swallow. One of the ways you are going to know he is getting plenty of milk is that number one you can hear him swallowing, you can hear him glugging, and also you are going to feel your breast is a little bit softer at the end of the feeding.
