How do you deal with conflict? Do you avoid it? Here is how I deal with conflict. I get loud, I start sweating, and my heart beats, and I become unprofessional. But conflict generally speaking out on public, I do not like it.
I will give you a honk at the horn and sometimes I will lay on it if I see I can beat the guy up, I will give you a hard honk but if I see a tattoo and like a lowered vehicle I will just wave. You cut me off, thank you.

I have done it on baseball fields, some guy get in the box, he is digging in a little bit of an attitude, I am not afraid to throw a baseball at your head, you understand me. When I am on the mount, I am not nice guy Broady. I have the adrenaline, I got the sweat, I got the preparation if you put it. You want to get in to normal big guy, well I am big too. I am Jewish, I got picked on and I got a lot of frustration and you are going to show me up, get in their meat and that is how I pitch and I have struck out a lot of guys.
Remember, I play baseball and I get fired up out there, I struck people out, I was the Jewish guy. I am a goofy Jewish guy but I struck out 17 in one game, look that up, I played for Arizona State, Berry Bonds, Reggie Jackson, multimillionaires who I still live at home with a 41-year-old roommate from Philadelphia but that was a choice, sports matter if you want to pop off, I do not care if you got a bat on my head, I will throw a baseball and you will go down.
You want to come at me, I am wearing a cup, kick me in my balls, you will not touch them because I got a cup, and I am invincible. I will go flying on airplane with a cup, they do not go right to them it is plastic right to the metal detector, ready to go for anything with a cup.
