Browsing the internet with your BlackBerry 8800
Hi this is Jonathan Cohen for thecellfreak.com giving you the 4-11 on the 8800. Sometimes even on a device as easy as the BlackBerry where browsing can be a pain in the ass. So let us see if we can rectify that. First off, from the main menu, scroll over your browser icon and then select with the track ball. After it stops thinking this brings up the singular AT&T browser homepage. May be only used for the first time you see it, it is completely useless after that. What you want to do is press the menu key then scroll and click go to typing in the web address of your choice. We are choosing Google. Notice how you cannot see a single thing? We need to click on menu, mobile view, and look at that, the page is actually centered. We are connecting Batman for absolutely no reason and see what Wikipedia has to say about him. Picture, nice, bibliography, what in the name of Ace and Garry is going on here, homosexual interpretations. Here we see Batman and the Boy Wonder in bed together in panel from a 1954 comic book. I don’t think straight couples were even allowed to be seen in bed together at that time like the unintentional comedy of separate bed scenario on the Dick Van Dyke Show. Where it is contrary to its name was not really about a lesbian. We are focusing, it seems like a long page, you can click on page overview from the menu key and see how much is left to read and the same menu key leads to page history for easy access to pages you have already viewed. Another helpful hind for browsing on the BlackBerry 8800 is taking advantage of the abbreviation system. For instance, to move to the bottom of the page just press B. To move to the top of the page press T and the spacebar to go down the screen. R refreshes the page, H leads you back home, K opens bookmarks and A to add a bookmark. Additionally, to stop loading a page, you can press the Escape key.
