Do you guy even know where the Jugular is? I am not confident in anyone who is supposed to be an expert in there field and fails to do basic research to learn what he is teaching. He is striking the trachea or posteriorly the esophagus. The jugular is a vein, returning blood to the superior vena cava. To disrupt a vein would cause little to no immediate problems of effects. I have no doubt in in attacking this point on the body would be an effective. I would like to eliminate as much miss leading information so clarity becomes the dominate and ambiguity fades. With this it would be more reputable and easier to trust.

I don't agree, sticking your thumb into jugular notch is a fine motor movement. If u practice this move you will see how simple it is and you saying that this is a new technique you are wrong again. Iv studied and practiced from so many of Mccann's video's and this technique he has been teaching for years. Mccann is best instructor iv iv come across not only does he teach what to do, he teaches you what not to do and explains why you should use a technique or not use a technique. This is a great and simple technique i practice this daily.as for people saying what do you do next, well you just have to watch his video's and see the follow through technique's there are so many but they are all simple and easy to learn.

He says dont use he thumb because its a fine motor movement...well so is the shrug or pulling the guy in for your strike...the prob with mccann and other instructors is they dont like to reteach the simple things theyve already sold....to sell new things they need new techniques...so they invent new stuff...the strike is great however the delivery is not....
