Male Speaker: We have a few more drills and this would be one of them here. This is kind of a fun game in something to reinforce what the earlier skills that we talked about in the website as far as ground balls, cradling, passing, catching and I know that Dianne (ph), a part of your repertoires to use relays in a lot of those areas and this one, I believe, is going to be cradling.
Dianne: Right. Starting with the cradling, we're going to take each of the areas that we taught earlier and we're going to now put them into a really fun relay and this is like hold my bucket relay, if you move back a little bit, Emma, I always start with two buckets, we always have two teams. Everything, the reason why I would use buckets is if we don't have buckets, balls are going to go flying. It's a pretty simple relay, but it's really fun. The first team who do have every girl go down around the cone, cradle back and dump their ball in the bucket and sit down as the winner. So, they're practicing their cradling and they're practicing keeping their ball in their stick. So, when I say go, they're going to run down around the cone, come back and dump their ball in the bucket.
Once their ball is in the bucket, the next girl can take off and go, okay. So, don't start without me, girls. Are you ready? On your mark, get set, go. Make sure you're cradling around the cone, good job, and dump and go and they are off. Good job, around the cone and go. Go Anna, go, go, go, oh, it's so close, it's so close. They've may dumped it and they go. First team sitting down, excellent job, girls. You guys are good at it.
