But it's interesting because a lot of people are very nasty and negative about it. They want to criticize me for actually saying it can be done, instead of asking hey Steve really it can be done tell us how show us Steve I mean because it something that we're all trying to achieve right better body, less body fat, very muscularly, tome firm be at these people won't be nasty about this or learning something.
Listen, when it comes to gaining muscles and losing body fat, it can be done by 99.9% of the public. Now when you are talking about somebody who has maximize their muscularly through years of correct training, and somebody who has decreased their body fat significantly to the point we are not going to drop it anymore unless they significantly decrease the calorie intake, then it becomes difficult to increase muscularly and decrease body fat at the same time, because they maximize the potential from correct training and time and effort and they minimize their body fat through exercise and diet.
So now, any increase in muscularly is going to occur and there is a continue cut back in the diet or calories in order to diminish the body fat then we start sacrificing muscle especially, if you are exercising hard, because now where everybody a serious calorie deposit while at the same time trying to build muscle well at the same time worrying a fat deposit because we are in such great shape already. Now listen when you run a calorie deposit of three or four or five hundred calories a day you don't automatically come to a screeching hope like the car that runs out of a gas. What happens to your body taps in to your fat resource and all that are to these daily activities they begin to do be supplemented by this in the body fat. All those things that are occurring with calories now are occurring with the calories that are coming from body fat.
So you don't come with complete hot. Now here you'll receiving a enough calories through you are eating carbs and proteins, they will be available to feed your body in addition to the body fat to help you getting it through your day, give you through your workout and repair your body and here is a important thing if you are taking in a enough protein and you don't need tones of it like companies what you think so they can make money and normal even art diet is restricted supplies in enough protein calories because this proteins in many of the foods we eat include the carbohydrates that we use well breads, cereals, pastas they contain protein because many of more four to five with proteins.
So as long as you are taking in an enough protein, what will happen is the carbs and the fat -- this fat will be utilized to feed your body and metabolism in your energy through out the day that leaves the protein available for muscle repair and muscle growth. And again we are now talking about a huge calorie deposit 300 to 400 calories a day that you are not eating then you exercise that you are burning up the additional 200 to 300 calories a day, so you have a calorie deposit 500 to 700 for the day which is a pound or pound-and-half lost per week, but that is how you are able to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. You don't come less screeching all your with the calorie deposit your metabolism and all those metabolic activities are occurring are being supplemented by body fat and the carbohydrates you are eating that leads the protein available to repair your body and grow your muscle.
So this is how 99.9% of people in America can build muscle and lose fat at the same time. Even if they have been trying, I give tones of guys who wanted training with me when I'm in the gym, and I make them bigger stronger more muscular and linear and I will change any thing other than the weight they workout. I don't tell them what to eat, I don't tell them what supplements to take and simply by training smarter and more intelligently more intensely and more consistently we get much better results.
Then if they want I can treat their diet for in some cardio and they lose additional body fat while muscularly area in strength. I can do that with any body at any stage in their life so this is how you are able to build muscle and lose fat of your body.
