Anybody knows what is the strange thing connected to the PSU during the " submersion test", where only the PSU was submerged ? If yes, please drop me a line.

Not sure if fish could live in mineral oil... Now that would be cool. If nothing else you could get the fake fish.

is the harddrive able to be submersed or will it affect it to much in all the other asspects of its rpms and ability to read. i am using a new silverstone raven rv01bw which i have made water proof sealed off the drives and harddrives from the mineral oil and using uv cold cathodes. i am also using a 3 fan radiator on the rear with 4 exturnal custom 240mm resivors and 1 pump to sirculate the fluid around. would dyeing the oil affect its efficancy or would i need to leave it alone and stick to my uv tubing the is webbed threw the tower for added affect, as well as uv sleeving and wires. any sugestions on ways to improve my cooling standards. im running a evga x58 sli le motherboard, 3 geforce 9800 gt video cars, 3.20 ghz cpu, 4 2 gb cosior dominator gt memory, 1 2tb seagate harddrive,2 1.5 tb seagate harddrives, and 1600 watt acrylic custom power supply with uv green fan.i am open to any sugetions becouse my entire system is over clocked and my memory is pushing 2600 mhz

The Graphics adapter is plugged in out of water. No, does not have to be light mineral oil (but that works much better for the bubbles!) Thats what the aluminum panel is for, all of the connectors are made out of the oil (plug-ins.) Not that it really matters, bout the main thing you can't submerge is a CD/DVD drive, the laser can't read plus it slows the RPM's down too much. They also use light mineral oil so that the PU fan can still spin (heavy oil may stop it all together ruining your motor.)
