As much as I hate to say it, if you contact the Better Business Bureau, do you know what the number two areas of complaints happens to be? You got it, home building and home remodeling, basically contractors.
What happens if you have a job going on whether it is a small or large and things start to go south and you might be headed to the attorney’s office? You might find out that photographs will save the day.
You know, my 35 mm camera has worked great for 18 years and one of the reasons it works good in case you get into dispute is because of this. It takes the photograph on the film in our negatives and they cannot be altered. Once you have that image in the camera, and on the film, nobody can dispute what is there. That is important. But what happens if you need to know if the photograph came out? That is the trouble with this. I will take the photograph but I do not know if it is a good photo until I get it back from the photo shop the next day.
Instant photography, this is definitely a camera that should be in your toolbox and the reason why is that you get instant results and know whether or not the photo took. I really love these instant cameras and I will tell you why. First of all, they give you just great instant photography. I mean, look how quickly that photo comes out. Now it will take a couple of minutes for it to develop on its own but you have got an instant record of what you have.
Now the disadvantage with this camera though is no negatives. So if you need multiple copies of the photo, you might have to take two or three.
But here is the best part. This particular camera has now come with two different types of film. One of them is the traditional glossy type print, which is kind of tough to write on. If you want to take notes and point things at, now there is a new film that has got a matte finish that you can actually take a marker or a pen and easily write, write on the photograph what you are looking at. Keep in mind, you cannot use digital photography for this construction photos and I will tell you why. Sophisticated soft ware allows you to modify those photographs and actually take things out of the photos. That is not a good thing. You cannot alter this instant photos or traditional photos.
